Love you’re legal analysis. Do, however, have concerns about some incidents arising out of Israel’s right. 1. A recent WSJ article described ultra Orthodox Jews harassing members of a small Armenian Christian community in Jerusalem. If true, it’s a blow to an otherwise country I strongly support. 2. Recent publicity surrounding Conservative Jewish settelers on the West Bank seizing land establishing communities on Palestinian lands. To me this seems like an unforced and politically induced error that plays into the hands of Palestinian supporters and serves as a rallying point for anti-semites. I may be a Catholic but I have always supported the only Jewish state.
